This company I have used serveral times 1st they built me a 2 bay garage not attached to my house turned out better then expected so after that gave them the job of building the 2 storey addition on to my house the job was actually finished 4 days ahead of the contract time and a few small extras done that turned out very well. I would recommend Shane Cheatham and Mega builders to anyone. Even with all the changes I kept adding it never seemed to bother them and still finished a head of time. Thanks for all the excellent work that was do e.

I would never ever recommend using this contractor to anyone. He ended up leaving us with unfinished work after my husband finally told him to leave on day six when he and his seventeen year old son were late yet again, after my husband and I had used a week's worth of vacation each. We only got about eight hours worth of work out if him, and he still owes us $510 back of the $900 deposit we gave him up front. He showed up on day one at 2 o'clock in the afternoon (supposed to be there at 10am) with no ladders, no shop vac, and only two drop cloths...to work on stripping and repairing the stippling from two adjoining rooms! This guy is even so arrogant after not showing up at all for two days as to be rude with us. There's more to the stressful nightmare, but bottom line...don't use this contractor if you don't want shoddy work and to be ripped off for large sums of money.

We are in a similar situation that Lisa R. found herself. Unfortunately, we didn't see her review before giving the contractor a large deposit on a large job. He provides a wide range of excuses for not showing up at the times he's said he would be at our house. He doesn't return phone calls, emails or text messages. We have requested the return of our deposit on many occasions and he continues to ignore us. We highly recommend that you don't use this contractor.
