BEWARE! These guys have no clue what they are doing! Only been in HVAC business for a few years and they try to sell customers using them as building contractors! They installed a 5 ton HVAC unit in my 954 sq foot house (to be added onto in a year or so to be maximum 2,000 feet). After 1 year of living with equipment that never works, I have come to find out it will NEVER WORK bc the equiptment is too BIG for my small house! It has not worked for the entire year that they installed it. Did they stand by their warranty? NO! Did they help me try to get to the bottom of the problem? NO! They are crooks! I have filed a complaint with the state licensing board for violations! CSLB. They sold me on a bad bill of goods! Over $10,000 lost! And they act like they are helping you at first but then they blame you and stop communicating with you!
