Mega Rooter Plumbing advertises as being a licensed contractor, but Luis Trujillo's license is "suspended" because he hasn't provided worker's compensation insurance, which is against the law. He did faulty plumbing work for me, which caused further damage to my downstairs ceiling, bathroom flooring & baseboard. He advertises that his plumbing work is guaranteed, but he refuses to give me a refund or reimburse me for hiring another plumber to correct his work. He originally promised to issue me a cashier's check, but then refused until I retracted my BBB complaint, reviews & posts first. He is a liar & extremely crooked! DO NOT HIRE THEM!
