No .Due to the fact that I did not want to file a District Court complaint against Megan KKlepsig Plumbing, LLC, I contacted Harford County Plumbing Department. I also paid $3,200 plus the $580 for an overflow box and plastic tubing.for a Water Softener System. However, Megancould not fix this system from leaking. By text, Megan advised me to find another plumber! I told her that another plumber would not guarantee another plumber's work. Megan then hung up on me! With the assistance from a State Plumbing Agency, they called Megan. She then agreed to make this water softener work properly. After Megan completed working on this system, the state inspector signed off on this system and stated that the system was working properly now. I thought this issue was resolved but then Megan cancelled the $580 check that she sent me to find another plumber. When I called her about the reason for stop payment on this check, Megan told me that she was vey angry. Megan told me that I needed to pay for the plastic tubing that she replaced and the overflow box which didn't work and for the permit. However, Megan took the box and the plastic tubing with her. Megan then hung up on me again ! I am a Senior Citizen who believed tha tI hired a liensed plumber to do things properly Megan is unprofessional and I would not want anyone else to experience what I have experienced.
