Buyer beware! Starts jobs and does not return to finish the work he started. This has happened twice with this contractor on two different jobs... so shame on us for giving him another chance.
He has a lot of wealthy clients ( he informed us of this fact) and really should not have taken on our smaller job, because he Obviously has no interest. When we called or texted to find out when he was coming back, he just blew us off,
“ I will let you know next week, no problem” and he never got back to us even though he promised he would. We contacted him again and again, the same thing, with no hint of apology or remorse for leaving us with unfinished work, mid-job. Small holes in our wallS are showing, spackle is Unsanded on walls, electrical wires are showing, and the room now needs painting. Get an estimate and do not pay him until the job is finished!
