We had flood damage in our bathroom which ended up requiring a completely new sub floor and flooring, as well as a new ceiling in our kitchen below. Josh came in and helped us completely reconfigure our upstairs bathroom. He took the time to figure out what our best options were and made it look like a million dollars. The rest of the house has the original woodwork and trim, so I asked if it was possible for him to match that trim since it was the only window in the house without it. He was able to make the window match perfectly. It looked better than I imagined it could! Then he redid the ceiling and because it was plaster ended up having to fix the walls too. He made it look like a whole new room, you'd never know it had ever been damaged by water. I highly recommend him to anyone I know looking for any type of construction work on a house. He was affordable and friendly, got the work done faster than I expected and made the messy experience easy and so much less stressful. We were so thankful to have him help us fix our house. If I ever need something fixed he will always be my go to! Thank you Josh! You made us very happy!

My wife and I have been wanting to update the exterior of our house for a few years. We kept putting it off because of some of the horror stories we heard from family and friends and of course TV. We talked to several Contractors. We picked Josh because he took the time to price materials from a couple different sources explaining it was our money, and we should be able to pick how he spent it.
If you are looking for someone with the following traits hire Josh-
- VERY meticulous...I helped put up some of the siding. After a couple of rows he came over took one look and told me I was off by 1/8" two rows down. I had to pull it all off and had to start over.
- Very conscious of material usage. He threw very little away.
- Considerate - very easy to work with.
- Took our vision and turn it into a reality. We wanted to replace our old aluminium awning over our front door, but was not sure what we wanted. He created an entrance to our home that was more than we imagined.
- You don`t need to babysit. He makes good decisions wether you are there or not. The first couple of days he had no idea I was listening to advice he was giving the people helping him. Very impressed with the pride and the attention to detail he demonstrated.
VERY happy and impressed with his work. When other projects come we will definitely call Josh.
