MEKA is buring cable across my land on a utiliy easement. They had to cross my land to get to the easement. I granted access, with very specific directions, to cross with a track type boring machine. They expanded that permission and drove vehicles across my land, which is tresspassing.

I have a complaint and tried to call the number above with no answer. I had your workers working in my back yard last Thursday and Friday in Colorado Springs, Colorado. They blocked the drive way both days. The first day they warned me the second they didnt. I didnt see a lot of work being done both afternoons. Friday when they left my yard they left orange pipe a hole granted its in corner of yard but I have a small child and any hole in my yard left without being fenced off is not ok. I do also know it has been a holiday weekend but your men have not been back. It is now Tuesday 5:00 pm. My husband also works in your line of work and said its unacceptable to leave a job site like this. Ive seen the men working in the neighborhood and would like to know why they didnt come to finish this before moving on to the next project? If I do not see them tomorrow I will try to call you again. Thank you
