We will have to take him to court. He did not complete the job, was months past on the little work he did but cashed our down payment (personally) before he ever started the job! The work was less not quality at all and we will have to hire someone else to redo much of the work he did! Justin changed his number and could not be reached for weeks, and now is claiming he cannot give money back as he is going bankrupt! Less than impressed! Would not recommend to anyone!
