This company was called to fix a leak in a private home Two men were dispatched and they took 10 minutes to throw tar on exterior paint and all over the roof. The company declared the problem was over but was informed in days that water was still coming into the home. While I wasn't home, shingles were changed on my home. They were installed incorrectly according to another licensed contractor. i was asked to wait several days for revisit after which I was told that this was a new issue and I'd have to consent to that -- aka - pay more money. A zillion texts and the owner of this company chose to blow me off. Turns out his boys had gone to my neighbor's home while visiting mine and they did the same tar throwing there. They took $800 from neighbor. They took $1100 from me. Neither of us had our problem resolved by these people. Only after badgering Brandon for a week was I offered another appointment. Eight days after he chose to stand me up. Since he has not demonstrated any ability to fix anything, I have chosen to lose the money. The contractor who came to help me is removing the ribbons of tar all over my home and will not accept money until leak is resolved. He is thorough and answers the phone. This firm seems poised to take money with no concerns of outcomes for its customers.
