    MOTHER-IN-LAW UNIT
    $60,000

    Design Build Specialists remodeled my In Law Unit finishing it in August 2016. As is my custom when writing contractor reviews, I like to wait several months or a year to publish as I want to be confident the project is fully tested before I weigh in on it. These guys are the real deal, they did design the remodel and participated in every phase of the construction. They did a beautiful job and I am happy to report that worries I had about the drainage around the structure were excellently addressed, the water went where it was supposed to go, even in a heavy rainfall winter like we experienced in 2016/17. As I stated, I am writing this 14 months after completion, and, of course, there have been a few minor problems. It pleases me to tell you that someone from Design and Build has been here quickly to address and solve each time. I thought they were a little pricey, but their professionalism does a lot to counter that. I recommend them without hesitation.

    Bathroom remodel

    We had already worked with Jason to remodel our bathroom and had a great experience. This time, we hired him to improve the insulation in our attic and a few other works around the house. We were again very satisfied with the improvements and we will certainly hire him for other future projects! We appreciate that Jason can work all sorts of jobs in a house!
