    $18,000

    I first started with a small "handyman" style project-a small section of roof, some soffits and some trim replacements. When I saw the quality of the work and the reasonable prices I choose Melville for replacement of the siding of my 2700 sq ft house.
    They removed all the old clapboard siding (warped and unsightly) repaired and/or replaced the Tyvek lining to insure a weatherproof install and finished the job in about 3 weeks, but at least one week was lost to lousy weather.
    In short, I would recommend Melville for virtually any home improvement project you have.
