DO NOT USE THIS GUY FOR ANYTHING!!! WE USED HIM TO BUILD OUR HOUSE AND HE WAS A NIGHTMARE FROM THE BEGINNING. WE HAD A CUSTOM DESIGNED HOUSE. HIS PAINTER IS TERRIBLE, BUT HE SAYS HE IS THE VERY BEST. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT HE WAS USED TO BUILDING HALF A MILLION DOLLAR HOUSES WHEN HE BUILT MINE. HE ALSO DENTED MY FRONT DOOR BRINGING THE TUB/SHOWER IN. HE TRIED TO TALK ME INTO LEAVING THE BONDO ON THE FRONT DOOR UNTIL I ASKED HIM IF HE WOULD LIKE BONDO ON HIS BRAND NEW HOUSE. HE BUILT A TILE SHOWER FOR US AND 8 YEARS LATER, WE FOUND A LEAK. OUR FLOOR WAS COMPLETELY SATURATED AND EVENTUALLY FELL THROUGH. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE; HOWEVER, THE PLUMBER STATED THAT THE LEAK WAS CAUSED BY FAULTY WORKMANSHIP. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS SORRY TO HEAR OF THE PROBLEM BUT I JUST NEEDED TO CONTACT MY INSURANCE COMPANY. THE INSURANCE COMPANY DOES NOT PAY FOR A LEAK THAT IS NOT A "DIRECT SUDDEN RELEASE OF WATER".. SO,, WE PRETTY MUCH HAVE TO RE-GUT OUR ENTIRE BATH AND UTILITY ROOM DUE TO HIS POOR WORKMANSHIP.
