    Driveway and steps replacement
    $5,000

    Our experience with Silva Construction in Brighton, CO was excellent. They replaced our driveway and steps leading to our front porch, and were very efficient, professional, and quick in getting our job done. I would recommend them to anyone, without question! Great Job!

    panel upgrade, garage overhang, new wiring

    I would rate this contractor, Matthew Martinez in the negative if it was possible. He did not complete any of the the work, hired subcontractors (unlicensed), the work is still not complete and completely subpar. Matthew Martinez is the most unprofessional contractor I have ever met. In addition to poor work, unlicensed electricians, he is unprofessional and personally threatened my personal safety, my rental property and had the police called on him by my neighbor at my rental due to an outburst on me.
    I would avoid this business!!!!!

    Stay Away from MATTHEW. I inquired about his service and when I was affronted with over 1k quote for 10 feet of 220V wiring to a box that was less than 1 year old and ready to be wired to a hot tub. I told him I had found cheaper and he decided to call me a liar, bad mouth the other people that had quoted me, tell me there would likely be a fire that would burn my house down, and even went so far to say this VERBATIM " You are a cheap asshole texting people and trying to argue prices because you're a worthless piece of crap that can't do the job himself" WOW- I really want you coming and doing any work ever... What a bad way to run (ruin) a business.... Find someone else!

    I would not recommend matt and his helper for any project. He did a job for me a month ago and did a terrible job. We had him pull a permit and nothing was up to code. When he had to fix all of the issues he just walked off the job. We had to pay another electrician to start over and cost us an additional $8500 to fix all of his wiring. on top of the $3500 we already paid Matt. Matt is not an honest worker, I hope everyone gets a chance to read this before they hire him to save them the trouble.
