I hired them because they told me they could do construction too. Contract price was locked in. Things were smooth at first then the delays began. Then the delays extended. One guy would show up. sometimes two. But normally not for more than two days a week. Then they would leave. For two months that would happen. They began telling me, after three months, that they needed more money. I acquiesced to pay for more materials, but they had to tell me what to get and I would get it. Then the subcontractors started coming directly to me saying they needed to get paid. I said no. Then they didn't come again. so I fired them. When I got other contractors out to finish the job, I was told the all the work they did needed to be started over, torn down and replaced. not just fixed. These guys sucked. Don't hire them.,
