We engaged this firm in making a major renovation of our custom home. The company used poor sub-contractos. Went significantly over budget. Did not manage the project. Marble and tiles were not levelled. Bought materials / fixtures on e-bay and installed them.
Plumbing - This is totally screwed up. We get hot water in cold and cold in hot settings. We do not get hot water att all. Installed 2 tankless water heaters. Placed them in the garage without our consent. They did whatever they felt like. No input from the owners or input was not taken seriously. To the extent, the owner called names and used 4 letter words to my wife. No response to fix this issue.
Sheetrock - Used poor material at joints and when it got cold the joints were opened up.No response to fix this issue.
Windows - many windows were not screwed in to the frame. One of the windows does not close. No action from the builder after repeated attempts to correct the issue.
Exterior - Use poor workmanship in installing tiles outside the house around pool. Gradient is poor. Tiles are coming out. No response to correct the issue.
Appliances - Beware. they buy discounted, aftermarket products that are not supported by the manufacturer. Repeated attempt to correct the issue is going in vain.
Electrical - used a lousy sub-contractor who installed switches and plugs with the cheapest possible items. Used 15 amp circuits where it should be 20 amp. Used one switch for multiple lighting at once. This is not customary in custom homes.
The list goes on. The owner is very abusive. Has no respect for its customers. Just wants money without any detail. I would have given a "0" but that was not an option.
