    I only know of dealings with Paul Menard as a Contractor. He did not pay all of his sub contractors. We heard that some even went out of business because of non payment for work they had done. Others are just hanging on by a thread. Paul Menard went bankrupt, personally and for his business. So I do not understand why he still holds one of his contractors licenses, and he is still able to be an AIA member in good standing. I believe that a mans character is important in any business he is associated with. Now he holds a job making over $80,000. per year working for the state, using his AIA certification as a Senior Facilities Planner for Sacramento, CA. He lives in a Million Dollar house that the sub contractors did not get paid for doing work in, and is not obligated to repay any of the Millions of dollars that he received for projects where he did not pay for goods and services received.
    Seems very unfair that he should profit and others have to struggle because he did not do the right thing and hold up his obligations and promises.
