    Mendez Cosmo was very reliable, I would not hesitate at all to recommend to friends/family. In fact I did. Very good group of people.

    Cosmo has done work for me twice in two different locations. He built a walk and floor for a gazebo in my old house and a patio at my co-housing unit. His work was excellent, his price fair, and he made useful suggestions about the project. Oh - I should add that he cleaned up afterword. My neighbor liked his work so much that she hired him as well.
