    $27,000

    Very knowledgeable, impeccable integrity, the quality of his work was outstanding. His bid was not the lowest or the highest. He kept me informed every step and took pictures when I could not be present. We had a lot of water damage resulting in wood rot, that required repair of support structure, siding, trim replacement, caulking and painting. Also repaired our decks and added tile to front porch.
