Raul or Saul Mendoza 713 474 4959 [email protected] and [email protected] does roofing advertised on social medias. What a scammer. He estimated quite lower than other contractors to get your business. He wanted 50% pay upfront for materials. Please do not pay any contractors any dime upfront, there are plenty of contractors do not ask to pay until job is completed.

Mendoza Brothers 13 completed my kitchen remodel in record time and did it for around $12k.
Were they perfect? No, they didn't always return my calls -- sometimes I had to call/text multiple times to get a response-- but they cleaned up every day before leaving and left me with a magazine photo-shoot-quality kitchen in under 90 days.
Reading the other reviews, however, makes me very reluctant to recommend them. :/

I know this company and they committed fraud with my aunt. She paid them and they never finished the job. She sent them to court and has yet to recieve anything back from them. They tried changing the company name for obvious reasons. They used to be called ‘Brother’s Construction 13’. Me. Saul was supposed to do the job but failed to do so.

This company is not a group of real contractors. Everything they did for us was wrong & finally quit repairing their work or responding. This is the worst construction experience I have ever had. They lie about everything and blame subcontractors and don’t return calls or texts. Saul and Raul are not honest or qualified to be in this business. I had the same experience as all the other reviews, except the one positive one, which I find hard to believe.

If you prefer Mendoza brothers 13, I would 100% recommend this company! This company has worked for me before and have always complied with the work. They have been very responsible, knowledgeable and dependable. I know that those people speaking about Mendoza Brothers 13, cannot be talking about the same people and company that I know. I am 100% sure the Raul Mendoza from Mendoza Brothers 13 did NOT work for them. Mendoza Brothers is a highly recommended company for your work or any work. Thank you!

These guys never did finish their work and I will have to hire someone else to complete the job. What turned out to be a 30 day job took 6 months and still never finished. They made up excuse after excuse as to why they could not be on the job . I must of made 50 trips to my house checking up on these guys and half the time they were not there. Word of mouth and legal action might stop them. By the way, I FORGOT about them damaging my frig ,couch and floor.

Saul Mendoza along with the cooperation of his brother Raul, two of the "Brothers" ripped me off for more than $15,000 let my house a total mess and I got stuck hiring another contractor to do the job so I paid twice for the job.

The Mendoza Brothers 13 are a sham. They accepted nearly $15,000 from my mother-in-law, telling her they needed the money for supplies and building materials for a job replacing her flooring, and have done nothing more than make her house unlivable.
The flooring was removed, and now she has nothing but raw concrete floors. Saul Mendoza, the guy in charge, refuses to finish the job or refund the money, after more than two months.
She is now not only looking at the cost of potential legal action, but of paying another contractor to finish the job that Saul Mendoza and his brothers 13 refuse to complete.
Do not use these contractors.
