This company is awfull. We had so much trouble with them. Once they got your money they did not return calls. They did not start when promised. Some days they did not show and did not call. They finally did finish only after I got a third party involved.
My brother in law used them at the same time for the same thing(block wall) and is still trying to get it resolved. There are three colors of block in the fence! DO NOT use them.

Permits
- Building permit records show that Mendoza Landscape and Irrigation has worked on 100 permitted projects.
We signed a contract in June of 2015. It is almost October and the project is barely started. We have a 200' trench dug and a few blocks onsite, thats it. They do not return calls unless we threaten to take action and get our deposit back. Very unprofessional. And they do not show up when they say they will. There is always an excuse. That's if I call them to find out why they did not show up. I would not recommend them. If they ever do finish the job I will update this review with quality of work.
