The stone work looks good. I will admit that. The problem was with the demo and the follow through. I paid for the demo of tile in a room that I was going to install laminate flooring in. Not only did they not get rid of high spots and chunks of the prior mastic, but they left chunks of tile under the baseboards. I had to spend 2 hours completing the remainder of the demo that they did not complete. This is after Bob Jr. assured me that he would handle after I pointed it out to him when he thought that he had done a good enough job.
They also left 2-4' of mastic/grout/debris all over my walls and baseboards. Additionally, my dishwasher does not work now after they installed the stone and my refrigerator doors are horribly misaligned from them moving it. I cannot get under the dishwasher to see what is wrong because there was a pile of grout left on the stone. I will have to chisel it away to be able to remove the bottom panel. They also took chunks out of my walls during the demo/installation process.
My biggest issue is that Bob refused to address any of these issues. Other than sarcastically saying that he would come over and wipe my walls down. It was much bigger than that. They were sloppy and did not have any pride in their workmanship. I have photos to back all of this up. I would not recommend them as a result.
