Menta Construction

We had a 17-year-old roof with extensive weather damage. Menta went to bat for us with a well-known insurance company famous for no or low paybacks. They offered ca. $1,400, subtracting our deductible. Menta then confronted them with evidence, and their payout was more than $12,700.
The roofing job was professionally done with high-quality GAF profile shingles, with a minimum of damage to our flower beds and excellent clean-up. At every step of this process, they were prompt in answering questions and proactive in letting us know what we needed to do and to expect.

I got new roof
Menta came out and did a great job Wind damage from the storm insurance company agreed to replace it because of the age of the roof... Also recently just had this tornado hurricane in my neighborhood and my roof is good.

Menta construction was very good at handeling my insurance claim. They repaired all the storm damage to our roof caused by wind. The clean up was excellent as well. All and all a good experience.

We received a flyer about possible storm damage in my area. It advertised a free inspection for damage to my roof. My wife and I figured why not? We gave a call and they were out the next day to have a look. It turns out we did have damage! They helped us put in a claim and deal with the insurance company to make sure they paid us what we were owed. It was great! When everything was said and done we had a beautiful new roof for only my deductible! Would definitely recommend!

We had Menta come out and inspect or roof due to storm damage. Our roof was actually discontinued so our insurance replaced it. They were very professional and the work turned out beautiful. They did a nice job keeping everything clean durning the process. I would highly recommend them.

The roof was okay. The customer service was horrible. When initially approached everything seems reasonable until they are selected for the work. The president of the company is rude and hard to deal with. He is short tempered, unpleasant, and not a reasonable person. Has no professional etiquette. Would not work with this company unless he is not a part of the process. Highly recommend looking at other construction professionals.

Worst customer service ever. We got our roof down and it looks great - that's why I gave 2 stars instead of 2. Our deck has yet to be done after weeks of false promises, poor communication and unacceptable customer service. We have told Menta - forget it - we are getting another company to re-do our deck. They don't deserve our business. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Awesome Customer Service! We had bad wind damage mixed with hail damage so i called Paul (owner??). To be honest I was a little anxious/nervous going through the insurance process at first, but as i stand here today with a new roof and siding for 250.00$ out of pocket, Giving them my business was the best decision I have made for my property. I highly reccomend their services to anyone !
