    Custom design and build a new home
    $800,000

    PLEASE do not use this "custom builder". We lived a nightmare for over 2-years of broken promises, horrific communication, long periods of delays without explanation and constant unresponsiveness. Just recently they sent me an email with an update about our very expensive mahogany front door that's now had to be replaced TWICE, and they left the body of the email on accident; they were referencing me as difficult and stated they've had about enough of me-- displaying their true professionalism. Do they think that we've enjoyed living through all of these ongoing issues? I've never had so much anxiety over having to contact someone in my entire professional life. My husband and I are highly competent, reasonable people, yet we've been made to feel completely helpless and at times we've even had to beg them to correct their own errors. I have a family member that works for them and they still treated us this way. RUN to a different builder, RUN!!!

    Meridian prides itself on this amazing "Meridian Experience" My husband and I were lied to and overpromised time and time again over our 2 year building process (which was also a lot longer than promised). Unfortunately, they cut corners and left it up to us to fix, and not to mention PAY FOR the short comings of the building process. We would not recommend you build a home with Meridian Custom homes. Even their "custom" is limited. Do your homework, move on,, and trust real professionals.

    No I would not recommend this company for a custom home. Please do your homework before building. There are so many other better qualified builders out there who take pride in their work.
