    New home

    Don't buy merit a genomes. Our home is only 6yearsold and we have had to replaced entire AC system, tankless waterheater, rePaintall exterior trim. Fireplace does not work, slab has cracked causing floor boards to seperate. Hardy plank exterior boards are all cracking.
    Everyone in our Laurel Canyon development in Canton having similar issues
    I have paid $18K YTD to fix these deficiencys.. Workmanship is awful, and Meritage claims no responsibilities for any of their problems. There is no way to
    contact them. We are looking I to class action lawsuit because things are so bad.
    We will be contacting the State.
