If we knew then what we know now we would of never hired them. We wanted to have a full size bathroom from a powder room which was partially roughed in already. We were given the quote to have that done along with taking down paneling, replacing it with drywall. We purchased the tub, toilet and vanity sink. They stated in April it would take 5-6 days well 5-6 weeks later we still didn’t have a toilet installed! We were asked for $2400 down after 1 week $500 was refunded because we were told that they didn’t work like this and out of courtesy it was refunded. So thinking all will go well to our disappointment the workmanship was terrible. First of all when they stated they were going to come out or send a worker out to start the job. Either they never showed which by the way we were never given a call to explain why or the worker would show and only work 2-3 hours max once in a while a 6 hour day but hardly anything was accomplished. We ended up firing them we had to get another contractor which looked at the workmanship and pointed out all that was done incorrectly. The drywall was not put up correctly has to be taken down and redone. The plumbing wasn’t connected right and burst late at night. We found out through new contractor that the hot water line was going to the toilet! Bottom line they were a disaster we have never been so disappointed in a contractor and this was the first time ever we had to fire a contractor.
