Just wanted to let you know that the addition you did to my kitchen is rotting away. It had no felt paper under my shingles, no protective layer between the wood and the vinyl, no flashing along the door/wall. I have had one major repair after the next every year. Right now I'm looking at my kitchen with the floor rotted out and they are repairing it today. I'm so sick about all of this. I paid you A LOT of money, much more then what we originally had agreed on and now I'm paying yet again for another repair. Saying I'm disappointed is not near close to what I'm feeling.
The high school wood shop guys have done a better job for me.
I should truly give him a negative score and I would never use him again for any work.
