If I could give this business ZERO stars based on our experience with having them build a sunroom and deck for our home, I would. I could write pages on the issues we had and the poor quality of the work that was completed and the even poorer treatment we received, but I'll aim to spare you some time and summarize why I recommend you do NOT give this business your hard-earned money.- We signed the contract for our project with the salesperson we'd been working with in November 2019. The project was contracted to begin January 2020 and take 8 weeks, and we were told to expect a design meeting next.- January 2020 - we had to follow up on next steps. No one seemed to have any idea what was supposed to be going on.- April 2020 - work finally commenced. Over the next 4 months, we discovered something was done wrong on an almost daily basis, with us having to constantly point it out and the work being completely redone. Wrong materials were delivered. The deck was framed 2 feet short. The framing was done with old, rotting wood from our original deck they tore down. Holes were cut in the floor for electrical outlets (they were to go in the walls). The roof was leaking. The composite was installed so improperly it looked like a kid did it. The skylights (that we didn't initially want and the salesperson talked us into free of charge, assuring us they "install them all the time and never have issues with them leaking") leaked from almost day 1. The electrical inspection failed several times. The roofing inspection failed several times. I could keep going.- July 2020 - the project was finally completed. Two days after we took occupancy - the skylights were leaking again, now all over our brand new furniture. The company came and "fixed" it.- May 2021 - skylights leaked badly again - they came and "fixed it"- August 2021 - skylights leaked badly again - they sent some guys out who told us they'd been installed wrong, but they "fixed it"- Less than 2 weeks later - the skylights leaked worse than ever before. Water was pouring in from them AND leaking into the room through cracks in the ceiling and from the ceiling fan. We called and asked if they would remove the skylights and replace the roof, insulation and ceiling. They said yes verbally over the phone AND in writing by email.- September - they removed the skylights and replaced the roof. They started demo-ing the ceiling. They needed to finish the roof flashing, ceiling demo, and insulation and ceiling replacement. This work was scheduled, and we were told to move all the furniture out of the room and did so.- They didn't show up. When we called, we were put on the phone with some guy that had never been to our home, knew nothing about our project, and had not been involved in any of the conversations about the repairs. He indicated no repairs would be made.- We began several very frustrating weeks of following up with them and reminding them they told us verbally and in writing they would make these repairs. The guy finally sent out a huge crew after telling us they would come and do the repairs as agreed to verbally and in writing, but when they showed up they refused to do the repairs as agreed. They wanted to just fill the holes in the ceiling (which would have looked like trash) and call it a day, never mind the roofing flashing was still incomplete.- We called our attorney and considered legal action. The first step was to find out the cost of repairs so that we knew what to ask for in the case.- We had several contractors come out, ALL of who said ALL of the work done with the roofing, the ceiling, the framing inside the roof, and the skylight installation was done in a faulty, defective manner. All took photos and showed us damaged wood, missing roofing brackets, damaged flashing and roofing, poor roofing that would have resulted in additional leaking if not corrected, and so on.- Due to the builder's faulty and defective work, we had to sink CONSIDERABLY more money into repairs.I hope this review and these insights will help someone else avoid being taken advantage of by this company like we were.- Please feel free to message me if you'd like further information.
