Do not USE THIS COMPANY. I feel as though they literally stole my money. My windows do not lock, they slide down, my heating bills doubled nearly tripled. Yes they make appointments (which are a total joke) and make you wait for three hours. Who has time for that??? OR they don't even show up at all..but the appointments are worthless anyway, your windows return to their original defective state the very next day, they slip down, they won't lock. I have been finding out that there are many many people that have been robbed by this company. I am trying to get refunded because I CANT AFFORD WINDOWS THAT ALLOW COLD AIR IN..nobody can. My house was like a freezer all winter long. I am interested in getting as many people that were subjected to this fraudulent activity to come forth and fight this company in court for our money back. Check back I will post more information on how to join our group. I have alot of people already. This is just so not right. Horrible!!!!!

Tried locking windows and they wouldn't, saw that the top window was down and I was loosing heat in the winter. I never realized that when I opened my windows the top windows comes down. I would never recommend this company snake oil salesmen, rip off. If your windows don't lock for sure the top window is down. When you have shades you don't notice the top window is down about six to ten inches. Between the top and bottom windows get moldy. Run your hands along the top window if you feel cold check....

I would never recommend the business to my worst enemy. I had windows installed, there was a problem with the outside trim, crooked caulking that looked yellow. When you called this business they would set up an appointment and make you wait months and change the appointment every time and never show up. Totally disgusted.

Windows seem ok, so far. They don't make them. The Co. is a 4 person operation. Two are installers who work together. Poor installation followed by poor results when problems exist. Don't wait around for the return call you expect. You will be disappointed at response? times. Now into 7th month trying to get install problems resolved.
