I wish I could give 6 out of 5 stars! What can I say other than that this was amazing service. I regularly deal with HVAC technicians as part of my job and I was amazed at the professionalism and speed in which Metcalf HVAC worked. My air conditioning went out at 11pm, my wife is 9 months pregnant, and I called EVERYONE the next morning to fix it, or so I thought until I was referred to Metcalf HVAC. While everyone else gave me windows of 1-5pm, Adam Metcalf said that although he had a full schedule, he would run by the second he had a free moment or an appointment that ended early. He arrived not 45mins after that call and before temperatures even his 85. His prices are competitive if not much better than most competitors and the speed in which he worked showed that this was no apprentice to the business. He was able to open up my compressor, find the faulty part, replace it, and return the panels in maybe 5 minutes. My family was surprised when they felt the air conditioning unit come on after such a short time. I had to convince them that it was actually a failed part and not that I had forgotten to check the breaker or something else simple that I could have repaired personally. I couldn't give enough praise to this business and they absolutely will be receiving my business and referrals from this point forward.
