    Replace wood balcony
    $4,200

    Recieved recommendation through Home Depot install site. We needed to have a worn wood deck balcony replaced with composite decking and rails. I contacted this company on a Tuesday. Customer Rep, Kathy, was a delite to deal with. I explained what we wanted done. She had me email measurements, pictures and what kind of decking/rails we wanted. Within two days, we had a very reasonable quote (below budget for what we had in mind) We gave them the go ahead, they checked on availabilty of materials, and had a crew of 3 that had availability on the following Monday. Crew showed up first thing, ready to go and were phenomenal. They had our old balcony dismantled and new one up, working continuously throughout the day. The Contactor and owner, Kathleen came to make sure all was going well. Would definitely use them again for any home projects.

    Kitchen and punch list
    $2,000

    We hired this company to finish and fix what a prior designer did not complete. We met with Kathleen Longsway and she immediately went to work. What a sense of relief to have our home in the hands of a licensed contractor who actually cares. She did a great job. Please make sure that you hire a licensed professional. It really makes a difference. Thank you Meticulous, your professionalism is greatly appreciated. I look forward to continuing working with you!

    We hired them to do the drywall in our home after Hurricane Michael. I think they literally picked up guys off the street to do the work!!! They literally said they’d never done drywall before and needless to say it was the worst drywall job I’ve ever seen! Plus they changed way more than it should have cost- because insurance was paying I guess. Kathleen was very nice, but it was very shoddy work and very expensive!

    METICULOUS is the word for this contractor!! The owner Kathleen met with me to discuss a complete home remodel of a home I had just purchased near the Inter-coastal Waterway in West Palm Beach. Her team was informative and professional as they lead me through the complicated process of permitting, home layout changes with help of engineers and architects . They also met with me at their suppliers warehouses to help me shop for the finish products to achieve the polished end product I was looking for.

    This contractor is the BOMB in South Florida!!
    LOOK NO FURTHER ::))

    BEWARE!!! I hired them to remodel my new condo. The work was very sloppy and amateurish. They missed paint in many areas of my home. They first laid down my floors. The floors came out very nice. They then tracked stuff all over them and it will not come off. The last phase of the project included a backsplash in my kitchen, tiling the bathroom, installing the vanity and installing the "frameless" shower. When they installed the tile and grouted it, the grout was supposed to be light grey. It came out dark grey in many areas, and light in others. Significant areas of grout were missed all together. The tiles did not line up in the corner and were improperly cut. When I asked about this, they told me the wall was crooked. When I asked why the grout was dark grey, they insisted that it was light grey and Austin was very condescending. Then Kathleen tried to talk me into the dark grey saying that it was better if I am a messy cooker. Not what I wanted or paid for. The shower seat is a bit too short causing water to pool in the area where it was caulked causing mold. The tiles were supposed to extend a bit outside the wet area, but don't. The patch work is highly noticeable and looks terrible. The "frameless" shower that they were going to instal had a 5" frame. They said that was the only way it could be done. I put a stop to the project to get a second opinion on the tile job and frameless glass shower. They harassed me horribly stating that I was obligated to have them "fix" the job. That would mean spending an additional $3000+ for new materials to have them "fix" a job that they were clearly not qualified to do in the first place. I told them that I would get back to them because I needed a second opinion on the work that was done thus far. They did not give me the time I needed to get the second opinion (which was a couple of weeks since we are in season). Instead they put a mechanics lien on my property while I was trying to get a second opinion. I tried to work with them by offering them some of what I owed them. They wanted more. It is already going to cost me more to fix what they screwed up. Now I have to pay an attorney to have the lien removed. It was a huge nightmare working with them. My house now has ants coming out of the drain of the new vanity. I had an exterminator come the other day because I couldn't determine where all the gnats were coming from. The exterminator told me that they are not gnats from fruit, but sewer gnats. Nice! Find another contractor. Don't trust these guys. They are far from "Meticulous". Who knows what problems I will run into in the future from the work that they did.
