Meticulous Consulting Group

We have had Meticulous complete two projects for us: a total remodel of a two story house in 2021, and just completed, a rebuild of our deck. The house remodel was super extensive, and long overdue. We love our house again! The kitchen is a show stopper! Helen is extremely nice to work with. Flexible, reasonably priced, and willing to make changes as the remodel progressed. Her staff is professional, incredible versatile, trustworthy, and great people to have around.

I will never consider having another organization do a project for me. You can count on the job being done right, on time, and on budget.

Helen and her team were amazing! We contracted for them to complete multiple spaces in our home including the main bathroom and kitchen. They were able to schedule the work in a way so that the spaces were staggered so there was minimal time when both our kitchen and main bathroom were both unable to be used. They also made sure to clean up each day so that we could still function in our home while the work was taking place. Even with a few out of stock items and reorders we were still able to stick to the quoted 6-7 weeks for project completion. I would definitely recommend (and already have) Meticulous Consulting to my friends and neighbors. I can't wait to work with them again on our next project!

I believe this is the third or fourth time using Meticulous Consulting. Helen's team is on-time, courteous, friendly, and (as the company is named) meticulous. Originally, the time to complete the project was two weeks and they sliced that in half!

There's also something to be said when the team is with the same company for 5+ years. Helen is a solid collaborator and consultant. I will continue to leverage this group for future projects.

We hired Helen and her team to renovate our entire main floor which included a new layout/configuration, new kitchen, and new powder room. Helen and her teams were great. With all construction projects, there are bumps and unexpected (and expected) issues, Helen was quick to resolve.

We asked her teams to install quite a few products they didn't have prior experience with (caseless openings, special pocket door frames, full height doors, German kitchen cabinets, ultra-minimal wall and floor vents, etc) and they always took care to understand the product and talk with us about installation and final aesthetic.

We have already recommended MCG to our friends and family, knowing they are the a great balance of affordable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.

Helen and her team at Meticulous have been impeccable thus far. Their communication is incredibly clear, concise and thorough. Her crew arrived on site before they were scheduled to start work. They are very punctual and professional. That builds a lot of confidence in the homeowner about the contractor's work ethic. Our project has just begun and so far, it's been smooth-sailing, which is hard to say for any large renovation job like ours. We've been extremely pleased with Meticulous and her crew. Both my wife and I would highly recommend her to other folks and already have.

We selected Helen to build us a 27 ft x 16 ft Trek deck. She removed our old structure and built it anew. She pulled the building permits and met with county inspectors and was here everyday to supervise the crew. The crew were always on time, cleaned up at days end and totally respectful. The best part is we have a beautiful new deck that we love. She met all our requests and quickly responded to all questions and any issues that arose. We would hire her again in a heartbeat.

I had Metculous Consulting group to extend 2 bedrooms at my home. I was extremely please with Helen (the owner) ability to communicate and explain what I wanted and needed to accomplish the job. She was very good at keeping us updated and notified about contractor and workers coming to my home. Do to the weather and other circumstances the project did take more time than expected. So yes, I do highly recommend Meticulous corporate in doing any home project.
