Seemed to know what he was doing and gave me good price , but a 2 day simple job turned into 3 weeks. He only finished when I said I was replacing him. Some the job, digging a trench I did because I was tired of waiting and some I had do redo . He left some things undone that he should have known wouldn't pass inspection. I made mistake of not reading reviews before hiring. I guess I was one of the lucky ones because he mostly finished the job. But only a fool would hire him after reading these reviews.

Alan Miller is a scam artist and fraud
Pathological liar and extremely delusional
He is obviously trying to hide his identity because it says above the owner of metro electric is Joseph Castilleno
He was hired and very soon after fired for not sticking to schedules lying miss representing completion not preforming work to scope refusing to make corrections etc.
Do your research on everyone this guy is beyond what you would call a crook -

Alan Miller signed a contract & took my check for $2500 (first payment) on 5/25/19 to perform an electrical job in Leadville. I stayed in touch w him regularly to coordinate timing of work, & he had agreed to start work today. But alas, he did not show up or call, nor did he return my call or text. So I searched for him online & came across these reviews. It looks like I've been scammed too, so I have texted him & requested he refund my money tomorrow. If he does not, I will report him to the Denver Police for Fraud, as it appears this is a clear pattern of behavior. Thx for all of your reviews. Wish I had researched before 5/25/19!

Alan replaced my old main breaker box and ran 220 to the garage. Everything was done in a day. The work looks great and it was done for a great price.
I plan on using him again for future needs. -

Nice guy, I hired him to install my electric panel. He didn’t finish on that day and said he had a short amount left to do. That was April 5. It is now May 8 and it still isn’t done. It isn’t grounded to the water which is a safety issue, and he didn’t reconnect the air conditioner so I don’t have that, either. He will say he will finish in a day or two then doesn’t show up. Signed up online for the permit but didn’t pay it so I had to go and pay it. Terrible thing is, he is my neighbor so I see his truck there all the time. I didn’t think I would get screwed over by a neighbor.

ZERO STARS! Allen stole $9000 from us in 2020. We will pursue him til he's in prison. What a pathetic existence he lives. He didn't know how to do the work we hired him to do so he made up stories and then disappeared. What little he actually did had to redone by someone else because it was wrong. The worst part, he ripped off an HONEST contractor who he should have had more respect for. When you're a fraud, a loser and a criminal, you have no respect for people who make their living actually WORKING, though. "Joseph Castellano" is a fake. It didn't even occur to us that this could happen to us. We'll never hire anyone without researching them from now on. But ALLEN will get his day in court. Stay tuned...
