I paid Metro Exteriors $4000 10/6/21 for Pella window replacements and am still waiting for my windows. Nate Welander has not provided proof that the windows have even been ordered as I requested and keeps telling me the windows are being made. Pella has my quote that they did for Metro Exteriors but does not have an order and Nate is not returning their call. It should be very easy to provide a customer receipt of order showing payment with a contact name and number if indeed product was purchased.

I put money down on Pella Windows. Found out nearly a year later, he never placed the order. Funny thing is never disclosed that. Had to go to Pella to figure out they had no record of an order or massive down payment. Went weeks without returning a phone call. Rarely showed up on site. Workers can't get hold of him so have to just wing it. However once project is close to completion, then hassling you daily for money.
