We had a wonderful experience working with Metro Home Builders. Our home is beautiful and everything has turned out as we expected or better. We chose the Granada design with a few changes including an extended triple garage. Alberto and all his Team were great to work with, and although building an individual home is a big project, they were in constant contact with us so that we understood every step. We had a major site issue during the build, nothing to do with Metro, and right away Alberto and his crew stepped in an solved it for us. Right from the start we were very impressed by the way Alberto and everyone at Metro listened carefully to our requirements, and understood what we wanted from our new home, which is why we picked Metro above other building companies. We moved in to our new Metro home in December 2017, and since then we had only one small item to be corrected, which was completed straight away without fuss. We are also very happy that the original contracted price quotation was exactly kept, apart from additional upgrade items we decided to add along the way.
