Metro57 was started by Scott Willoughby and Kyle King in 2015. They had worked together on several projects across the state and became friends. After a couple of years crossing paths, they decided to start their own company and get off the road. From the start, they realized that there was a need for a GC that would respond to requests for proposals quickly and that, when awarded would start and complete in a timely manner with good quality workmanship. They insisted that all of their sub contractors commit to the “Quality Work” ethic and it was quickly rewarded from the multi family community.

From their first project in Amarillo, a half million dollar renovation of Wellington Manor, they earned a reputation for quality work, reasonable prices and excellent customer service that continues to this day. When you hire Metro57, you get the job done right the first time. In less than 2 years, they brought on 9 employees and opened an office in Houston, with satellites in Austin and San Antonio. In August of 2017, they were recognized by the federal government as a SDVOB and by the State of Texas as a HUB company. With these 2 designations, they intend to expand into government contracting in 2018.
