I had a terrible experience with Metro City. They were hired through my contractor for a major renovation which included re-routing all of my downstairs plumbing and connecting all kitchen appliances.
Since the projects completion on March 5, we've had the following issues:
March 7th: Water pouring out of a high hat in the kitchen while using upstairs bath
March 29th: Gas leak under the stove
April 5th: Slow leak under sink which saturated new wood cabinetryCarlos at Metro City refused to have someone come look at any of these issues without charging me $200 service fee even though these were all plumber error. Instead of giving them the money I hired a different plumber.
On top of all this, they were unprofessional—treating my house like a construction zone. Total mess, especially in my basement, leaving carpeting on the stairs permanently stained, large divots and damage to my vinyl flooring, dirt, mud and debris left all over my kids toys which they tossed all over the place.

Worked for contractor raising my house had leak from flue connected to hot water heater and boiler which they installed. Every time it rained had water leaking from flue. Returned six times and attempted to fix still leaks. Made excuses for not coming back now they won’t return contractor or my calls. Very unprofessional.
