Contacted metropolitan Awnings for an estimate to install awnings and for a possible patio enclosure. Ethan was a true professional, knowledgeable, and a great listener. He knows his work well! He timely came to the house, made some sound and intelligent suggestions, provided options, and came up with the right plans for the work with attention to our wishes. He promptly started the job and updated us regularly on the different steps. When he could not make it due to inclement weather or a needed material that was not timely delivered, he called or sent us a message. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the workmanship was excellent! I could not be more pleased. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

Signed a contract with "Ethan" aka"E.W" 12/1/21 to install tinted backyard Patio Partition,gutters,do repairs and remove garage hood. Contract total cost of $3,973. Ethan asked for and given by me a deposit of $ 1,986(personal bank check) which he cashed 12/10/21; however he never returned on agreed Installation date 1/22/22 to do the job nor will he respond to multiple requests for a refund.

Customer service and quality are exceptional! I had been in the market for some awnings and came across Metropolitan Awnings. Their name says it all, you won’t be disappointed. From the sales rep (can’t remember his name) to the office staff (all super nice) and the installing technicians they worked so hard. So happy to have them!
