Cool Breeze was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable. While I had done a lot of research, they were open to me sharing what I had found and they advised me on some other options that I was able to confirm independently as being sound. The system I went with has been fantastic -- within our budget and working great. Also, I did have one issue with the system and Cool Breeze was there in under 2 hours and fixed it. Finally, the most important thing to me is honesty. I realize I'm going to have to pay someone because I don't have know how to do it myself. More than anything you want someone that is not only knowledgeable, but honest. A new HVAC system is a lot of money and who wants to spend more then they have to. Cool Breeze was thoroughly honest and professional. They respected my home and I had zero concerns leaving them alone in my house as they did the work. My confidence in their honesty was not misplaced. I HIGHLY recommend them and have consistently recommended them to my coworkers as well.
