Albert Metz, owner of Metz Heating & Cooling is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about his products, services, and troubleshooting. Albert installed my furnace several years ago. The furnace has had one issue, which Albert determined the malfunctioning part over the phone, and replaced it on the warranty within two days. I have a wall heater that was purchased from a local retail store, that malfunctioned and I called Albert, and he guided me through a few steps over the phone to get the heater working again. This past summer, my AC unit froze up, I called Albert, and he squeezed me in that evening so that my children and I would not go without AC for the weekend. Albert will go above and beyond for customer service and satisfaction. If you have heating or cooling needs, Metz Heating & Cooling is the best!
