Rican Heating specifically Kyle Promisco whom stated he was the owner operator. Sent a Technician out November 2021 to fix my Heat Pump and Exchange that was not sending heat. Technician informed me that the wiring was wrong and corrected it but did not repair the heat exchange. Had to call back once it got cold again because the heat did not work. Kyle came out and said we needed a new Zone control for $690 flat rate. This part is only $164 to purchase just about anywhere and the labor at most is 30 minutes. Kyle would not provide me with an itemized estimate for my insurance or warranty company. Kyle was very unprofessional in his responses and literally hung up the phone on me.

I would give them zero stars if able. Waited for them from 7am-3:20 pm. Tech never showed up. I called 3 times , all calls straight to voice mail. Never received a call back. Stay away from this business.
