Terrible company, zero integrity and zero customer service. Made an appointment and confirmed an APPOINTMENT with "John" for 8am Saturday 7/22/23. NO-ONE showed and NO-ONE called us. John said he would be available if we needed to call, so we called an hour after the scheduled appointment; NO-ONE answered. then I got a call from John on Monday morning! His pathetic excuse, there was a "miscommunication"!!! Two pieces of very simple information TIME and DAY; which moron cannot communicate that???!!! How can a business function with such zero integrity? We have spent THOUSANDS with this company, and this is how our customer loyalty was repaid! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
