Meyri, Joel
Meyri pulled a building permit in May15, 2024, breached the contract by failure to complete by June 28, abandoned the job without notice on July 29; was cited for 15 code violations on November 26, and has still not returned to complete the job. He admits that he cut the pipes too short to secure them, and by December 22 has not communicated any willingness to correct the violations or to replace the short pipes. To date, he has not completed even one of the remodel tasks he began. He has charged for materials he did not use, and invoiced for equipment he left onsite and later picked up. And he has damaged my home, leaving missing ceilings and large holes in exterior walls and slab. None of the sinks, toilets, or cabinets were reconnected.
