    Matt Griffith/MG3 submitted a proposal to do a renovation. 1st day on the job he wants to "up charge" for working in his proposal. FIRED him the 2nd day!! Would NOT recommend Matt Griffith/MG3.

    small addition and bathroom remodel

    MG3 was hired to complete a small addition to our home in 2019. It took a 50% deposit on the work, failed to commence work anywhere near the date promised, completed only a small portion of the work (terrible workmanship), abandoned the job and refused to refund the unused deposit monies. We have had to hire a contractor to fix the work and complete and file a lawsuit and a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General to recover the unused deposit and repair the extensive damage caused by MG3.

    This company did not complete a contracted job. The owner Matt Griffith failed to provide any service he claimed possible such as: general contracting, having construction knowledge, commercial signage. In addition to not completing the work agreed upon, the company collected a large deposit for an exterior sign and produced nothing. No deposit was returned and the owner disappeared. I would not recommend doing business with them in any capacity.

    Drywall installation and repair
    $3,300

    I hired Matt Griffith and his crew to install and repair drywall in my home. Not only did he not complete the work as we agreed to, but the work that was done was extremely poor quality and unprofessional. He over ordered materials and then told me that they were non returnable. I would strongly recommend not hiring MG Construction for any work.

    Insulation of apartment complex
    $15,000

    I had Matt Griffith and his company, MG3 Construction, Insulate the attic space at one of our apartment buildings. Matt and his team were self-starting, and once on site the handled access into a number of units to get into the various attic spaces to install the insulation. The insulation product line that they utilized was top grade.

    I would recommend MG3 Construction for all future work in either residential or commercial properties.
