After the demo all the wire as been cut and Tulga surprise me with the news that he doesn't want to deal with it, plus he doesn't want to replace the 40 YO valve on the shower and after his guy did he Don't want repair the huge leak from the incompetence, was stressful, expensive and a constant fight.

MGL homes construction did a great job on my parents kitchen! They were very professional and delivered on their promise date! They were very honest with everything from the cost to how much time it would take. I definitely recommend them.

MGL homes construction did a wonderful job in my playroom. The built ins were carefully removed without damaging the wood panels. The painting was carefully and meticulously done. The tile work on the hearth extension ended up beautiful. His attention to detail is a great asset. We are so thrilled with the result and look forward to future projects with Tulga.

Tulga did a great job for us. The estimate was thorough. The work was delivered as promise and on budget as well as on time. This is a rarity in that industry and very surprising with what was a relatively small job. I appreciate his commitment to a job well done and desire to make sure everything met my expectations.

I hired MGL homes Construction three years ago to remodel my kitchen, which included demolish the entire area, removing all the debris, constructing the new kitchen, and putting finishing touches. He has great attention to detail and offered many great ideas for our remodel. I would absolutely hire Tulga and his team again! The Team were professional, courteous, and hit every scheduled date promised. Remodeling a kitchen is one of the most stressful things one can do to a home. They removed all this stress and made my kitchen look stunning, at the original cost quoted. This is our first house and first time building. It has been an amazing experience watching our house become reality. They kept us updated weekly and also on the portal with updating pictures. Our house looks amazing and MGL Home was an amazing company to deal with.

My house was recently painted by MGL Homes and they did a very good...excellent job. They was very friendly and very patient with my little requests and came up with solutions for addressing the issues of older houses. We are very happy with both the results and the professional and friendly service of MGL Home staff. The repair work to the broken tiles and capping was thorough and the job was completed quickly. We love the new colour it has totally transformed and refreshed the look of our older house. We requested a small additional paint area to be done at short notice and they were happy to do this included in the price. Our neighbours have also commented that they think it looks much better.

I highly recommend this team, they are fast, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We remodeled our kitchen and our bathrooms and Tulga managed all projects. I bought an apartment in an old building previously renovated by a terrible contractor. The bathroom was leaking and not up to code, so I hired MGL homes construction for a full bathroom remodeling, from cement walls to subfloor.

They did a great job! Tulga is extremely professional and he takes a personal pride in offering a great quality work. The price did not change along the way, same for the initial timeline. I am extremely please of the result!

Excellent quality and excellent customer service! We recently remodeled our master bathroom and needed the perfect bright white vanity cabinet to fit our space as well as shower doors for our wet room. Well, we found the right place! Tulga was fantastic and so patient with me and worked in my budget. He was on top of the project and even worked with me on the install date because we were going to be out of town. I found my experience with MGL home construction’s team very easy and professional. We had two projects we wanted to complete (adding plexiglass to our deck and moving some backyard stairs) before a bunch of family came into town for our wedding, and kept getting the run-around for quotes. So full disclosure, I did not compare what Tulga offered to anyone else, but we were exhausted at that point and just wanted someone who returned phone calls. Tulga was very communicative in keeping us updated. The quote was for the project, not the hours, so when complications arose (the plexiglass we wanted was sold out, etc.) Tulga worked with us to reschedule when his team could do the work. We are very happy with the result and will use them again in the future when we have the funds for more projects!
