We had a renovation of our Evian unit in 2016.
The project was completed on time.The work was not up to par.
The kitchen floor was not properly supported and tiles began breaking when we walked on them. Mike was not responsive in his willingness to repair them. After continued complaining as more and more tiles broke, revealing only globs of support cement and not a 100% smooth support layer, he agreed to replace the floor.
It was the 2 men he used to do our entire renovation that were not being supervised by Mike that made the substandard renovations.
New bath tiles were improperly cut, they covered it with caulk which had since peeled away revealing the miscuts.
They jackhammered the master bath, cracking the pipe under the new toilet,causing a leak to the lower unit and taking no responsibility to repair this. When the toilet was finally reseated to the floor, it had to be moved slightly, revealing a lg gap where the new tile floor was improperly cut. When I asked him to repair that, he blew us off.We had to pay for that too. There was more as well. His quote was not honored, the cost well exceeded the quote.
He does not oversee the work his 2 men did in our unit.
I would not hire him ever again. -

I recommend MH Construction. We had two bathrooms updated and all our closets, as well as a pergola and more. Quality work through out ! Excellent communication through out the process.
