When my husband and I purchased our home, we immediately sought plumbing services since our house did not have any washer and dryer hook-ups. I had previously met Manny and asked him to come over for an estimate. Manny came to our home almost immediately and provided a fair estimate for the work. This involved adding all of the necessary piping in the garage, including pulling up a large portion of our patio to access the existing plumbing. Once he began the work, he recommended that we change out the piping underneath the house since it was very old (our house was originally built in 1950). He showed us the current state of the piping and explained why we should upgrade the existing piping, while also providing a fair estimate. We always trusted his professional opinion and knew that he simply wanted to help us avoid problems down the road with our newly purchased home. In the several years that have passed since he completed this work we have had no problems with our plumbing.
I highly recommend Manny's plumbing services. He is very friendly, communicative, honest, and hardworking. He does not waste any time and will stay until the work is completed. He completed a huge job at my house in just a few days, and even called and stopped by to check in with us after the work was completed. I will not hesitate to contact Manny again in the future when I need plumbing services.

This company came out to my home last week to snake my toilets as they were clogged. I just purchased the condo 2 months ago so my toilets were in clean, almost new, unmarked condition.
Now, both of my toilets are scratched up inside the bowel.
I called today and Manny the man who answered was nice and said send photos and he'd get back to me. I did, and then someone texted me the back of the invoice stating they are not responsible.
I get that, however I was given the invoice after the service, not before. I was not told that this could scratch my toilets and how did I want to proceed. Then, to make matters worse, the master bath toilet had to be removed anyway to snake the line deeper! I'm very disappointed they were not willing to fix this and every time I'm near the toilet I'll see these scratches in my new house.
