    Mike Rogers is a first class quality upscale custom home builder who is innovative, knowledgable & willing to please his customers with years of home building experience under his belt.
    We were looking to move up from a town house to a home on Skidaway Island & in the process found several of his spec homes for sale that impressed us. Our first meeting with Mike was arranged discussing the changes we wanted to make to one of those spec homes. Plans were drawn up with several changes & construction began on one of his lagoon lots.
    It will be eight years this September since our custom home was finished & we would highly recommend Mike Rogers to build your next home. He is certainly ABOVE a 5 star builder!

    Mike Rogers is well-known in the custom home builder market and has been building homes for well over the time noted above. I previously worked in a construction loan dept locally, and we were doing business with him prior to/around 1994. Only the best people work for him, because that's the only way he will have it! Additionally, let me say, people want to work for him. His name stands for itself. With all that being said, he is currently building a home for my family. I can't say enough good things about the excellent communications and how he aims to please the homeowner. Equally, you should step back and respect the work he can do for you.
