Preferred Plumbing and Drain are Nothing but Scam Artists
working lout of a small suite at a Strip Mall. A small job to
just remove a few Q-Tips from the Bend in the toilet a Very Simple
job this a Guest Toilet hardly ever used and the Toilet stood SOLID
on the floor. Once this Apprentice that is what they call their workers
was done we were out $175.00 dollars and a Complete Damaged toilet.
This apprentice HAMMERED so long on the Left Bolt until it faced to the
right side. When I asked this Robert why he did this his answer was---
I had to do this so the toilet will Fit on the two Bolts. Well, once he was
done he told us--that the Bolts are damaged and it needs more work before the
Toilet will fit on these to Bolts. But it was this Robert from Preferred Plumbing
who Damaged our toilet there was NOTHING wrong with this toilet except to remove a few
Q-Tips from the Bend.
These people Preferred Plumbing and Drain their License should be taken away.
