    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Having poured concrete over what he (much later) claimed to be a mis-bonded base, we discovered serious cracks had formed almost immediately, the imprinting of the stamp was haphazard, to say the least, and the leaks we were primarily concerned with in the first place had just gotten worse. He has failed to fix his terrible work, blamed everyone else for its lack of quality (having sat in his truck while his workmen proceeded to unevenly pour and stamp the concrete), ignored and blocked our calls, and has refused to provide us with proof of insurance despite repeated requests. We started this process in July, and we are now coming into the rainy season three months later and are no closer to seeing this awful work corrected. Forewarned is forearmed - find LITERALLY ANY OTHER CONTRACTOR and save yourself months of aggravation.

    Wow, rarely have met a contractor so incompetent, sloppy,lazy, and with no tools. Had a sidewalk done,and I required him to perform some preliminary activities which he didn't complete (I had to do them). He also took some clean gravel from my property without my permission (stole it). Them two mexicans that did the job were quite all right, but him not a very useful individual which actually caused more disruption to the job that anything else. Would I rehire this desperado? NO in a million years. I should have screened a him a little better. I hope this review is helpful!
