  bathroom work

  Michael and crew remodeled a small bathroom in Natick for me. The end result is very nice. There were several issues that mostly stemmed from Michael's communication style. He frequently states that he will do, complete, or arrive at a specific time then does not. Conversely, his crew does not show up for days with no notification they are not going to show. He does not seem to think this inconvenience to the home owner is an issue for him as he repeated this behavior for the entire project. The original job was meant to take 10 days. We are at day 50, the job was completed a few days ago but we can't even get him to pick up the final check without him stating he will arrive then not showing up. Due to the poor communication, disregard for the home and sub contractor's time I cannot recommend.

  I used mike to refurbish 3 bathrooms,the quality of work was average at best.the workers were great guys
  At times they didn’t show up with no call,I had to call him .the only time the “schedule “ mattered was when it fit his schedule
  I have a very small punch list to complete the job,I’ve called him,left a voicemail (twice),he said he’d call me,no call,I’ve texted him also no response
  I definitely wouldn’t recommend him to anybody

  I contacted Michael Baccari for a quote for a complete basement renovation. My basement had cement floors w/a rough laundry area. There were huge sewer pipes extending from the ceiling and protruding along the basement walls and along a section of the floor. I wanted it all removed and replaced with PVC and copper pipes to be hidden in the ceiling and walls. My plan was to make the basement habitable...no unsightly pipes.
  I got 3 estimates for the job. Michael's estimate was lower, he allowed me to save on the materials by buying direct at Home Depot. Michael provided a list of the materials he would need for the job and I placed the order.
  Micheal has an aesthetic eye for detail. He really enjoys the process of creating a space of function and beauty. He and his professional team of carpenters, plumber, and electrician are precise in their work, taking pride in a job well done. Michael was easily accessible for questions or concerns during the job. A+ for communications, his crew began the job and finished in the time indicated. Any delays were communicated to me. I am thrilled with the finished product! I highly recommend Micheal Baccari and his crew.
